Kim Kardashian has responded to criticism from fans after posting photos of herself partying with her sisters shortly after the death of her grandmother.
The reality TV star had shared a series of pictures on Instagram showing her, Khloe Kardashian and Kendall Jenner on a boat, with Kendall drinking tequila. The post also included photos of the rest of the family enjoying their time on vacation.
However, the timing of the post was questioned by fans, as it came just minutes after Kim’s mother, Kris Jenner, announced on Instagram that her own mother, Mary Jo, had passed away.
Several people commented on Kim’s post, with one saying: ‘Didn’t your grandmama just pass? This couldn’t wait to the weekend.’
Kim responded by explaining that the party post was scheduled to be published several days before her grandmother’s death, and its timing coincided with her passing. She also expressed her love and miss for her grandmother and said she would celebrate her life in the days to come with her family.
Kim also shared a carousel of touching photos of her with her grandmother through the years.
