Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ twin daughters, Jessie and D’Lila, have spoken out about their father, describing him as an ‘amazing’ parent despite his current imprisonment.
The 19-year-old twins, who recently sat down with Entertainment Tonight, expressed their admiration for Diddy, saying they speak to him often and that he is ‘focused on becoming a better man for his family.’
Diddy is currently serving time after being convicted on prostitution charges related to his federal racketeering and sex trafficking trial.
According to the twins, Diddy apologized to them after the release of security footage showing him physically abusing his ex-partner, Cassie, in 2016.
As they prepare to launch their debut fashion collection, ‘777 Collection,’ from their brand 12TWINTY1, Jessie and D’Lila say they have no fear about stepping into the public eye.
They credit their father with being supportive of their career endeavors, saying they frequently seek his advice.
The twins aspire to pursue modeling, following in the footsteps of their late mother, model Kim Porter.
They emphasize that they do not expect special treatment due to their family connections, saying they are ‘grinding’ to achieve their goals like everyone else.
Diddy is currently pursuing an appeal to overturn his conviction.
