A major road in Chitwan, Nepal, has been reopened after a landslide that had blocked the highway was cleared. The road, which is part of the Prithvi Highway, was blocked at two locations in Chitwan.

Although the road to Chitwan has been cleared, the road to Dhading remains blocked due to the landslide, and traffic has not been able to resume. The landslide had occurred at Panidhara in Ichchhakamana Gaunpalika-2 and Chumkhola, blocking the road and disrupting traffic.

Efforts are underway to clear the road to Dhading and restore traffic. The Prithvi Highway is a major road that connects several districts in Nepal, and its blockade has caused inconvenience to commuters.
