Abby Elliott, star of the TV series ‘The Bear’, has filed for divorce from her husband Bill Kennedy, citing irreconcilable differences.
The actress submitted the divorce documents, which list the date of separation as 8 July. She is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their two minor children, Edith, aged 5, and William, aged 3.
Ms Elliott is also requesting spousal support and has asked the court to terminate the possibility of her husband receiving any support. Additionally, she has requested that Mr Kennedy cover her attorney’s fees.
The couple married on 3 September 2016, marking nearly a decade together before their decision to split.
